Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 21, 2026
Our approach to digital accessibility, current limitations, and ways to get help using the Stop-N-Go Gyros website and restaurant services.
Our commitment
Stop-N-Go Gyros is committed to a welcoming experience for people with disabilities. Our goal is to make restaurant information, menus, location details and ways to order usable by as many people as possible, including visitors who use assistive technology. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time project.
Accessibility standards and current status
We aim to use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as a reference for improvements. These guidelines address making content perceivable, operable, understandable and robust. We have not established full conformance through a comprehensive independent accessibility audit. This statement is not a certification of WCAG conformance or a guarantee that every part of this website is accessible.
What this statement covers
This statement applies to the Stop-N-Go Gyros website, including its restaurant information, location selection, menus, contact details and informational popups. It also explains how to request help when a feature or an external service presents a barrier. Third-party ordering, payment, delivery, video and map services may have different accessibility features and limitations.
Accessibility goals for our website
Our accessibility priorities include: • Clear headings and readable, text-based restaurant information. • Meaningful labels for navigation, buttons and form controls. • Keyboard access to navigation, dialogs and interactive features, with visible focus indicators. • Descriptive alternatives for informative images. • Readable color contrast and layouts that accommodate different screen sizes and text settings. • Clear instructions and understandable feedback when an action cannot be completed. These are improvement priorities, not a representation that every feature currently meets every requirement.
Using a keyboard, screen reader or zoom
You can use your browser’s zoom and text-size settings to make content easier to read. Standard keyboard controls include Tab and Shift+Tab to move between interactive elements, Enter or Space to activate controls where supported, and Escape to close dialogs where supported. If focus becomes trapped, a control has no understandable label, enlarged text is clipped, or content is difficult to reach, please report the page and the action you were trying to complete. We do not claim verified compatibility with every browser, device or assistive-technology combination.
Menus, videos and other possible barriers
Menu imagery, photo galleries, embedded videos and interactive popups may not provide an equivalent experience for every visitor. Some media may lack complete text alternatives, captions or audio descriptions. Fixed-screen layouts and embedded content may also be difficult to use at high zoom or on certain devices. These are potential areas of limitation, not findings from a completed audit. If menu information or another essential detail is inaccessible, contact your restaurant for assistance rather than relying only on an image or video.
Accessibility tools and third-party services
An accessibility widget or other optional tool may provide additional display or navigation settings when available. Such tools are supplemental: they do not replace accessible website design, assistive technology or human assistance, and their presence does not establish compliance with accessibility standards. External ordering, checkout, delivery, maps and video platforms are operated by other providers. If you encounter a barrier on one of those platforms, let the restaurant know which service and step caused the problem so an alternative can be discussed.
Request help or an alternative way to order
If you cannot read a menu, choose a location, view hours, submit a catering inquiry or complete an online order, please contact the location you wish to visit during its posted business hours. Use the phone number or any email contact displayed in Locations or Contact & Hours. Ask for help with the information or task, such as having menu details explained or discussing another way to place an order. Available assistance and ordering options depend on the location and the service requested.
Report an accessibility problem
When contacting your restaurant, please say that you are reporting a website accessibility issue and, if possible, include: • The page address and selected restaurant location. • What you were trying to do and what prevented it. • The device, browser and assistive technology you were using, if known. • A preferred way to contact you and the assistance or alternative format you need. A screenshot can be helpful but is not required. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or medical information. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive information with your report. We aim to consider reported barriers and discuss a practical alternative where possible; response times may vary.
Accessibility at restaurant locations
Physical accessibility features and arrangements can vary by restaurant. For questions about step-free access, entrances, seating, restrooms, pickup arrangements or other disability-related needs, please contact the specific location before your visit. This website statement does not certify the physical accessibility of any restaurant.
Ongoing improvements and statement updates
Accessibility needs can change as website content, technology and third-party services evolve. Feedback helps identify barriers and prioritize improvements. We may revise this statement to reflect changes in the website, available assistance or our accessibility approach. The date shown above indicates when this statement was last updated.
