Terms of Service
Last updated: October 21, 2026
Conditions for using the Stop-N-Go Gyros restaurant information website, automated assistant and links to independent ordering services. Restaurant transactions remain subject to their applicable terms and mandatory consumer protections.
1. Scope and application
These Terms of Service govern use of the Stop-N-Go Gyros restaurant information website and its automated assistant. References to “we,” “us” and “our” mean the operator of this website in connection with these services. Please read these terms before using the website. If you do not agree, discontinue use. These website terms do not replace terms expressly presented by a restaurant or an independent ordering, delivery or payment provider for a particular transaction. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or requires consent to unrelated data processing.
2. Eligibility and responsible use
Use the website only for lawful purposes. If you place an order through a linked service, you must have legal capacity to enter that transaction or appropriate permission from a parent or guardian, and comply with that service’s requirements. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you choose to provide. Do not impersonate another person, submit fraudulent requests, interfere with other visitors, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious content, or use automated methods to overload the website or bypass its security or usage limits.
3. Restaurant information and location selection
The website provides general restaurant information and reference menu content, not a binding offer or a guarantee of availability. Menu items, descriptions, prices, portions, opening hours, phone numbers, service areas and pickup or delivery options can change and may differ by location. Confirm time-sensitive details with the restaurant. A selected or default location personalizes links; it does not determine your physical location or guarantee that the location serves your address. Verify the location before submitting an order.
4. Orders, prices and payment
Orders and payments are submitted through the selected restaurant’s linked ordering service, not through this website’s informational pages or chat assistant. Before checkout, review the restaurant address, items, quantities, current prices, taxes, service or delivery fees, tips, fulfillment method and estimated timing. Order acceptance, payment authorization and fulfillment are governed by the responsible restaurant and provider’s applicable terms. Website reference prices and AI replies do not override the final information presented for an actual transaction. Do not submit payment-card details through chat.
5. Changes, cancellations, refunds and delivery
For changes, cancellations, missing or incorrect items, charges, refunds, pickup delays or delivery problems, promptly contact the restaurant or provider identified in your order confirmation. Eligibility and procedures depend on the transaction terms, the order’s fulfillment status and applicable law. This website does not establish a universal refund or cancellation policy, promise a particular remedy or guarantee delivery times. Nothing in these terms eliminates any statutory refund, consumer-protection or payment-dispute right.
6. Catering and special requests
Catering descriptions and reference prices are informational. Confirm the final quote, guest count, portions, minimums, preparation time, pickup or delivery arrangements, deposits and any cancellation conditions directly with the selected restaurant before committing. A website visit or chat exchange does not reserve catering capacity or constitute acceptance of a quote. A request is confirmed only through the restaurant’s applicable ordering or confirmation process.
7. Ingredients, allergens and dietary needs
Menu descriptions, photographs, icons and assistant replies are not a complete ingredient list, nutritional analysis or guarantee of allergen-free preparation. Ingredients and suppliers can change, substitutions may occur and shared preparation areas may create cross-contact risks. Before ordering, speak directly with the restaurant about allergies, dietary restrictions or preparation requirements and ask whether your needs can be accommodated. Do not rely on the automated assistant for medical advice or allergen-safety assurances. These statements do not waive responsibilities imposed on a restaurant by applicable law.
8. Automated assistant
The AI assistant provides general guidance based on available restaurant information and may generate inaccurate, outdated or incomplete responses. It is not a live employee and cannot place or modify orders, charge or refund payments, guarantee availability, confirm reservations or catering, or contact staff on your behalf. Its responses are not binding quotes, transaction confirmations or professional advice. Verify important details with the restaurant or the ordering provider. Do not submit confidential, payment or sensitive personal information, or use the assistant for emergencies.
9. Third-party services and external links
Ordering platforms, payment processors, delivery services, maps, embedded videos and accessibility tools may be operated by independent providers. Their own terms, privacy practices and technical limitations apply. A link or embed does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, accessibility or security of that service. We do not assume control of third-party transactions merely by providing a link. Responsibility for a service or transaction remains subject to applicable law and the arrangements disclosed by the responsible provider.
10. Intellectual property and permitted use
Website text, branding, graphics, photographs, video and other content may be protected by copyright, trademark or other rights held by the website operator, restaurants or third-party rights holders. You may view the website and use its ordinary features for personal, noncommercial restaurant-related purposes. Except as permitted by law or the rights holder, do not reproduce or redistribute substantial content, remove ownership notices, imply an endorsement or use another party’s branding in a misleading way. These terms do not restrict lawful quotation, accessibility uses or other statutory exceptions.
11. Information you submit
Submit only information you are entitled to provide. Do not include another person’s private information without a lawful reason or permission, and do not send unlawful, threatening or infringing material. Information you submit may be processed to provide the requested service, respond to an inquiry, operate the assistant and protect the website, as described in the Privacy Policy. Submitting a question does not transfer ownership of your content to us or authorize an unrelated public endorsement using your identity.
12. Availability and permitted restrictions
The website or particular features may be unavailable, interrupted, revised or discontinued because of maintenance, technical issues, provider changes or other circumstances. Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security threats or legal obligations. Such restrictions do not, by themselves, cancel an accepted restaurant order or determine rights under an existing transaction. If an online feature is unavailable, use the restaurant’s published contact information for assistance.
13. Disclaimers and limits of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this informational website and its automated responses are provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise of uninterrupted access, complete accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. To that same extent, the website operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by reliance on general website information or by interruptions to website access. These provisions do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence or death or personal injury where protected by law. They do not remove mandatory consumer guarantees or determine a restaurant’s responsibility for food, an accepted order or its own conduct.
14. Applicable law and preservation of rights
Applicable law determines the enforceability of these terms and your rights. Mandatory protections and jurisdictional rights available to you under that law remain in effect. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver or an exclusive court venue. If a provision is held unenforceable, it applies only to the extent lawfully permitted, and the remaining provisions continue to the extent they can operate independently. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of future enforcement.
15. Privacy, accessibility and updates
Our Privacy Policy explains information handling, and our Accessibility Statement describes accessibility goals, limitations and assistance options. We may update these terms for future website use, with notice where required by law. The date shown above identifies this version. Changes do not retroactively alter an accepted transaction or remove accrued statutory rights.
16. Questions and contact
For questions about these terms, a specific order, restaurant information or an alternative way to access a service, contact the relevant restaurant using Contact & Hours or Locations. Include the restaurant location and a concise description of the issue. For order-related questions, have your confirmation available, but do not send passwords or full payment-card details. For matters controlled by an independent ordering or delivery provider, use the contact information in that provider’s confirmation or service.
